16:00 Waleswood and CourageousAn added attraction for this weekend will be the first outing of the newly restored Eastern Railway Royal Saloon number 5 belonging to the Furness Railway Trust.
On the morning trains, 10:45, 11:30, 12:15, 13:00, 13:45 for a small supplement, £5 for Adults and £2.50 for Children (payable in the shop on arrival – cards and cash), you can take a ride in this former royal saloon for two return trips and enjoy some light refreshments on your journey. One cup of tea, coffee or juice is included in the price with the opportunity to purchase other refreshments and snacks during the journey (cash only). Places are limited to 16 per trip and will be assigned by the Steward on the day on a first come basis.
On the 14:30 train we are offering Alison’s Cream Tea for £25 for Adults and £15 for Children, complete with a glass of prosecco or white wine for the adults. Included in the ticket price is admission to the railway and museum, the two train trips and the cream tea. Places are limited to 16 so advance booking is essential.
Face painting also available. £1 additional charge applies.
