Front Of House Assistant

The Ribble Steam Railway has a vacancy for a Front of House Assistant and is
seeking an experienced and talented individual to join the team operating heritage railway trains and museum in the heart of Preston’s Docklands in Lancashire.

This role is an opportunity to join our small and talented front of house team, which
works to deliver the highest possible standard of visitor experience.
Reporting to the Front of House and Museum Manager, you will encourage and support a team of
volunteers to deliver a safe, enjoyable museum and attraction experience. A
valuable member of our team, you will pride yourself in creating a welcoming
experience for all our volunteers and visitors.

Role Details :
Contract: Permanent

Salary: £14,976 pa

Hours: 24 hours per week includes weekend and public holiday working
